What is Website Factory?
Website Factory is a HartApps product that assesses websites against High-Conversion / CRO standards, reports clear scores, and produces a downloadable PDF diagnosis you can act on.
What scores do you report?
We report hero_cro_score, value_equation_score, three_second_test_score (load, what we do, how to buy), risk_reduction_score, agent_readiness_score (catalog, discover, GSC, booking, real-Q), and overall site_score — with gates for primary landings.
What is the 3 Second Test?
In the first three seconds, visitors must see a usable page, understand what you do, and know how to buy or participate. We score those three pillars equally.
What is Agent Readiness?
Agent Readiness measures whether AI agents can find, trust, and transact with your business: structured knowledge catalog, discoverability APIs, Search Console ownership, booking path, and FAQ grounded in real customer questions — not commodity fluff.
Do you redesign sites or only audit them?
Both. Assessment and PDF diagnosis come first. From there we can consult, fix conversion gaps, or build a high-conversion site that meets the same standard.
Who is this for?
Owners and marketers who need their website to convert — not just look finished. Especially useful before scaling ads or hosting spend, or before claiming the site is “agent-ready.”
How much does a CRO review cost?
We publish a pricing guide, not a full price book. A focused landing/home audit sits at the low end; multi-route depth, rush timing, and bundled remediation raise cost. Ask for a quote with your URL and route count — we explain what moves price before you buy.
How do I get started?
Go to Contact, call (703) 831-1202, or email websitefactory@hartapps.com with your site URL and what you want (assess, fix, or build). You get confirmation of next step and timing. Agents should use /api/booking for the machine-facing booking status.

Is this the same as a PageSpeed tool?
No. PageSpeed is useful for load performance. Website Factory measures conversion readiness: clarity, proof, risk reduction, and the full CRO bar — including load as one pillar of the 3 Second Test — plus Agent Readiness for the AI era.
Do you use stock photos in recommendations?
No. Stock photography in the hero fails our HERO gate. We recommend real business imagery that builds belief.
Can AI tools use your knowledge without scraping the whole site?
Yes. We expose a Catalog Agent API (/api/catalog) and Discoverability API (/api/discover) with KF.* knowledge IDs, plus llms.txt and sitemap. Agents should cite catalog IDs and not invent facts.
Can Website Factory get us to #1 on Google Maps?
No one can guarantee Maps pack #1. Rank is relevance, distance, and prominence on the live Google Business Profile. Website Factory automates the listing packet — NAP, categories, description, services, FAQ-as-Q&A, citation block, and Bing Places twin — in traffic order at /local-pack. Claim, photos, and reviews stay with the listing owner. We never invent star ratings.
Can you help after the PDF?
Yes. The PDF is the decision artifact. We can implement fixes, improve above-the-fold conversion, stand up agent-readiness surfaces, or rebuild under HartApps L5 standards.
What is Analyze or Build?
It is the Website Factory intake at /start. Analyze reads a public URL for 3 Second Test clues. Build starts from a company name, searches Name.com (HartApps reseller), offers HartApps Glory Hosting, collects GBP NAP, and rewrites choppy About notes into CRO copy you can accept or edit.
Do I need a domain before I start?
No. Enter the company name first. We suggest and check domains through Name.com and put hosting on the same path so you are not shopping those later.
What if I freeze on the About section?
Dump choppy notes or tap a starter chip. The Page Builder Assistant holds a suggested About. Accept, update, or change it. You do not need a polished paragraph to continue.
